FTT is celebrating the end of the year with at Coyote Bar and Grill, Carlsbad CA to raise funds to support our 2025 objectives and support 100s of dementia families with direct support and community education. We believe the level of empathy and understanding of dementia profoundly impacts the action taken by friends, relatives and even professionals. Our approach is an immersive experience training prospective future healthcare workers (high school seniors), first responders, and general public to empower them with knowledge necessary to step in and support dementia families both today and as they enter their respective medical careers.

2025 Education Objectives

(1) PUBLIC OUTREACH Conduct 5-7 impactful full day workshops to train 100s of families. reTHINK Dementia powered by “Dementia Live” is a hands-on immersive experience designed to build empathy and deepen the understanding of the daily challenges faced by those with Alzheimer's, FTD and other forms of dementia.

(2) EDUCATE THE NEXT GENERATION and FIRST RESPONDERS Deliver immersive education to

• 300+ high schools training seniors interested in health careers
• 200+ first responders (law enforcement and mental health professionals) here in SD and across the US.
